At SolasMum™, we know how excited you are to receive your order. That’s why we’ve made it our promise to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation.


Order Processing

  • All orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Processing includes payment verification, quality checks, and careful packaging.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Standard delivery may take [X–Y days] depending on your region.

  • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.


Exceptions to 48-Hour Processing

Processing may take slightly longer in the following cases:

  • Peak holiday seasons or promotional events.

  • Pre-order items or products with special handling requirements.

  • Delays due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


International Orders

  • International orders are also processed within 48 hours, but delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
